POLICIES & PROCEDURESFBCS & EEC admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, tuition assistance, athletic or other school administered programs. ENROLLMENT PROCEDURESAdvance enrollment for parents of our existing students is held in February. Enrollment is opened to the public one week later. A $50 enrollment deposit and enrollment forms are required to hold a place for each student. The remaining enrollment fee and all enrollment forms are due by May 1st. Enrollment deposits are non-refundable; after May 1st, all enrollment fees are non-refundable.ASSESSMENT TESTINGFBCS has a nondiscriminatory policy toward students. All students entering our school from Kindergarten through the Sixth Grade will be assessed to determine rate of progress and appropriate placement. If a student leaves FBCS, and returns in a different academic year, the school may require an assessment. This test will show us academic strengths and/or weaknesses of any new student; hopefully, we can work through any possible weaknesses to assure a spot for him/her for the school year. Students will then be accepted upon payment of enrollment and tuition fees as space and teachers are available.AGE REQUIREMENTS Nursery ~ Birth to students who have not turned 2 by September 1 STANDARD ACHIEVEMENT TESTSEach spring, Kindergarten through Sixth Grade students are administered standardized achievement tests. Our students' high performances on these tests illustrate the consistent success of our curriculum and program. A report of the school-wide results is available in the school office.
