Texas Celebration

Texas Celebration is the school’s major fundraiser for the year. It is held in late February or early March in conjunction with Texas’s birthday on March 2. It is held at the Washington County Fair Events Center. Texas Celebration. The evening consists of a dine-in & drive-through dinner, silent auction, live auction, dessert auction, game booths, and more. Please make plans to attend and have some fun!

Many volunteers are needed during the year to make the event possible. Areas where help is needed include but are not limited to:

          *donations – contacting and gathering items for the silent and live auction

          *tickets – help with the distribution and counting of tickets

          *decorations and set up – creative & resourceful people needed; strong back are a bonus

          *food – helping man the drive through

          *games – help with running the booths

          *drinks – help make tea/lemonade; fill cups, etc.

          *clean up – help with tear down and clean up

This year, it will be held on February 28, 2020. We are accepting donations for our live and silent auctions. Students will begin selling meal tickets from January 21 - February 14!
